As he continues to make a push for an All-Star bid, Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran has one more stat to add to his steadily growing résumé.

According to The Boston Globe‘s Pete Abraham, Duran joined Nomar Garciaparra and Babe Ruth as the only Red Sox players to record at least seven home runs, 10 triples, and 21 doubles in 76 games to start a season.

Garciaparra had 11 homers, 12 triples, and 22 doubles in 2003. Ruth had 11 homers, 11 triples, and 21 doubles in 1918.

Duran, who leads Major League Baseball with 10 triples, is three away from becoming the first Red Sox player since Garciaparra in 2003 with 13.

Duran is hitting .280 and also has 19 stolen bases, plus a career-high on-base percentage of .347 and Wins Above Replacement (WAR) of 3.9.

He had one homer in the first 38 games and has six in the last 38 games. Six of his seven home runs this season have either tied the game or given the Red Sox the lead.

Duran’s amid a career-long 11-game hitting streak as of Saturday morning and has six multi-hit games during that span. Duran belted a home run Wednesday, then another Friday, and is already one away from tying his career high of eight.

Duran has started all 76 games, joining Adrián González in 2011 as the only players to do so for Boston this century. Bobby Witt Jr. of the Royals is the only other American League player who’s started every game.
